If you live in Brussels, you can pick up for free your purchased supplies and creations at our Atelier in Schaerbeek, Brussels.

Place your order on the site and select the option Pick up at the Atelier in Brussels. After your purchase, you'll be asked to fix an appoint with us to make sure we're available.

Delivery in Brussels

For our creations only, we organize local deliveries in Brussels with our What The Fluff Mobile!
When ordering, please select the option Delivery in Brussels when finalizing your purchase. Delivery cost is 15 €. Deliveries are organized between 2PM and 6PM on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Please allow us a period or 6 to 10 working days to prepare and deliver your order to your house!

Delivery in Belgium

Both creations and the tufting supplies we sell on the site are available for shipping in Belgium. Shipping costs in Belgium varies between € 5 and € 20 per order (depending on the size of the parcel). The price for a registered mail consists of the postage + the PRIOR rate, based on Bpost rates. Please allow us 6 to 10 working days to prepare your order and an additional 1 to 2 working days after dispatch for the package to reach its destination. Please select the option Shipping in Belgium when placing your order.

International delivery in Europe

Both creations and the tufting supplies we sell on the site are available for shipping in Europe. Shipping costs to Europe are set to € 45 per parcel (maximum 31,5kg). Because of the shipping cost, we only ship orders from € 50 minimum. Please allow us 6 to 10 working days to prepare your order and an additional 4 to 15 working days after dispatch for the package to reach its destination. We work with GLS for European shipments in the following countries only: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands. Please select the option Shipping in Europe when placing your order.

International delivery Worldwide

At the moment, only the tufting supplies we sell on the site are available for shipping Worldwide. Shipping costs outside Belgium varies between € 25 and € 45 per order (depending on the size of the parcel of maximum 2kg). The price for a registered mail consists of the postage + the PRIOR rate, based on Bpost rates. Depending on your location, customs taxes may occur (to be paid at arrival of the parcel by the buyer). Please allow us a few working days to prepare your order and an additional 4 to 15 working days after dispatch for the package to reach its destination.

Payment

Payment with PayPal.

Return / Refund

Only items damaged in transit can be returned and refunded. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving of the package, beyond the time limit, please take into account that the item cannot be refunded.

Note:

Due to the technique of tufting, all pieces are hand made with the best natural yarn we could find, yet they present some irregularities and natural textures. We make sure to deliver the best quality of hand crafted works but ask for your understanding of our values: our process of creation is a slow, patient and hand made way of working.
